With a new baby on the way, keeping to a strict schedule was extremely important in this project. The family home was stripped back to the bare shell for extensive renovations. The two-storey extension at the back of the house created a large playroom and utility room downstairs and one large master bedroom upstairs. A side conservatory was removed in order to construct the single-storey kitchen extension. A new roof was constructed with three dormer windows to allow a further two bedrooms and a shower room. The result was a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom large family home for our clients to enjoy.
