At Haines Build we pride ourselves on being able to add value as part of the design and construction as well as offering competitive and high-quality services from initial design through to contract completion and aftercare. Based in Surrey with over 15 years experience we are extension and conversion specialists whose aim is to make the experience of extending your property a pleasurable one from the initial design through to completion.

We pride ourselves on our client focused approach and have a culture of dealing openly and honestly with all of our customers. We like to work in a friendly but professional manner to maintain a team ethic. The underlying principles are “putting our customers first” and ensuring we deliver the “best value for money” ​without compromising on quality.

Budgeting

It is important to understand how costs are estimated, agreed and managed, we always aim to provide honest with no hidden costs within your budget.

Schedule of works

A schedule of works breaks down each element of the project – from demolition through to finishes. We will be able to provide this before we start the project.

We appreciate a huge amount of effort is invested by everyone to produce a great project and results. We provide periodic health checks to monitor any issues may occur.

Christopher Haines – Director

As director of Haines Build I pride myself on my high standards no matter how big or small a job is.

I have been working across many sectors of the building industry for over 15 years now and have a vast experience in wide range of building services from start to finish.

Building and problem solving has always been my passion.

I work across all organisation and project management and I can explain the design and build process and answer any questions or queries you might have at any stage. I have a hands on approach and ensure that I am involved in the build itself which is why I believe our work always remains at the highest of standards.

Taking care of the exterior or interior is essential to extend the lifespan of your home. We will be ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the structural engineer’s designs, relevant building regulations and accepted methods of good practice.

During stage one we meet or discuss specific needs with the client to identify key project parameters, constraints and objectives.

Pre-construction

Preparation of site to steer the project to a position where an effective start on site is possible from finishes selection to the site completion.

Construction

We work with many different aspects of the project and closely undertake every step on any stage of the project with full responsibility for assessing the quality of the project.

Not only do we finish the project to an incredibly high standard, but you can also be sure that we will provide proper aftercare and facilitate any transitions as completely as possible.
